Five o'clock in the afternoon is the time for fine china, the finest silverware and good company - at least that's the typical English view of tea time, which Serge Lutens wanted to reinterpret with his Five o'clock au gingembre Eau de Parfum Spray. The fragrance was released in 2008 and was conceived and realised by the house's regular perfumer, Christopher Sheldrake. The fine unisex fragrances come in a rectangular, elongated bottle with a beige base and a brown cap. The quality product is immediately recognisable on the front with a large brand and series reference to the origin of the fragrance.

A fragrance full of style and elegance

The 50 ml eau de parfum spray symbolises elegance and style - just like royal tea time in the UK. The fine fragrances utilise an exciting opening with sparkling bergamot, which is rounded off by the delicate scents of honey and cocoa. Five o'clock au gingembre also features a hint of candied ginger and a breeze of spicy pepper. This gives the Serge Lutens creation a lot of character and a strong, unmistakable aura. Finally, patchouli gives the eau de parfum spray its calming base. The result is the finest unisex fragrance that envelops men and women alike in a stylish scent.

Not just perfect for tea time

Even though the Serge Lutens Five o'clock au gingembre unisex fragrances are modelled on tea time, the fragrance is also perfect outside of a social gathering with the finest tea - for example in everyday life or in the office. The gentle fragrances are very subtle, have a light texture and are therefore not off-putting, but are interesting enough to "sniff" two or three times. Thanks to its unique formula, this fine creation has a long shelf life - just one or two spritzes are absolutely enough!

If you use a spray bottle, the distance should be around 20 cm. The fine spray mist is not rubbed off and dries on the skin. As the spray mist rises from the bottom upwards, the skin is always perfumed from the bottom upwards. Ideally, the body should be prepared with an odourless body lotion before perfuming. The fragrances in the men's perfume will cling to the lipids in the lotion, ensuring a longer-lasting fragrance experience.
