Formulated according to ancient Japanese beauty traditions, Izumi Tonic from the Strengthening Conditioner System by Shu Uemura is the perfect treatment for men and women with damaged or brittle hair. The tonic contains rice water and ceramide to strengthen and repair. The rice water is rich in amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, minerals and antioxidants. The slightly watery texture is easily absorbed into each individual hair and is also suitable for sensitive scalps.
