The Voluminous Curls attachment 38 mm is a practical accessory for T3 curling irons. The interchangeable attachment has been optimised for glossy waves with lots of volume. The clip allows the appliance to be used easily and safely as usual.
A special ceramic mixture
is also used in the Voluminous Curls attachment 38 mm. The plates glide effortlessly over the hair. At the same time, they seal the cuticle. This results in a smooth and shiny finish. Curling irons with this attachment benefit from the relatively large working width. At 38 mm, even long hair can be quickly given more volume and real Hollywood waves. The attachment can be removed from the T3 Convertible Base (sold separately) in no time at all. You can use narrower attachments for even more styling options. Each of them is equipped with SinglePass technology. This ensures a constant and even temperature. This is gentle on the hair and reduces the time required for styling.Use
Apply a heat protection spray throughout the hair and brush through well. Remember that your hair must be dry before you put it on the curling iron. If the hair is damp or even wet, it can burn. If your curling iron has a temperature control, select the right temperature for your hair type. For fine hair, this is 160 to 180 degrees, thick hair can withstand temperatures of 180 to 220 degrees.
Section the hair. It is important to put the top hair up, as you will start twisting the curls from the bottom. Divide the rest of the hair into smaller sections to make your work easier. Now you can begin: Make sure you wind strands of the same thickness onto the curling iron to achieve an even result.
Pinch the strand at the tip and twist it onto the curling iron. Hold the curl in this position for around 10 to 20 seconds.
Leave the curl to cool in your hand. For a more casual look, you can simply shake or comb through the hair at the end.
Set the result with hairspray or mousse. Use a special curl cream to add definition to your curls.
