The Balm Eyeliner & Mascara

TheBalm Mad Lash Mascara creates intense volume and clear definition of the lashes. This product is characterised by the specially shaped, curved brush made from injection moulding, which serves to separate the fine hairs and evenly coat them with colour. This specific shape allows the mascara to be applied precisely from the roots to the tips, which can make the lashes appear longer. The formulation in a rich black shade, labelled "Rich Black" on the packaging, contains selected components such as rice wax, olive oil ester and carnauba wax. Panthenol is also part of the ingredient list. Although the texture is not waterproof, it does have water-resistant properties that can minimise smudging or flaking in everyday use. Clumping of the colour is usually avoided by matching the ingredients, creating a natural look. The packaging design has a charming retro look with a laboratory-style illustration. The mascara is also free from parabens and talc and was developed without animal testing.
