The INKEY List Serums SuperSolutions 10% Azelaic Acid Serum

The INKEY List SuperSolutions 10% Azelaic Acid Serum is one of the most helpful serums if you frequently suffer from irritation, redness or spots, for example. The skin care product contains 10% azelaic acid, which has a slightly bleaching or lightening effect on the skin. As a result, The INKEY List SuperSolutions 10% Azelaic Acid Serum is able to even out imperfections within the complexion with continuous use. Of course, the skin does not become significantly or unnaturally lighter. The azelaic acid merely neutralises the colour pigments that are responsible for spots or stubborn redness, for example.

Skin care without an exfoliating effect

The INKEY List SuperSolutions 10% Azelaic Acid Serum itself has no peeling effect, but should not be used with other lightening substances such as BPO. Caution is also advised in combination with exfoliating acids such as AHA, BHA or PHA. Such serums should therefore be used sporadically at first to determine how the skin reacts to the active ingredient and combinations of active ingredients with other skincare products. Azelaic acid needs at least four to six weeks to make redness disappear. Like all serums, it should only ever be applied to cleansed skin and always before a hydrating moisturiser.

Apply a pea-sized amount to cleansed face and neck in the morning and/or evening. If you use this solution together with other serums, you can apply them in any order. We always recommend a patch test before using it for the first time.
