Structural integrity plays a central role in chemical hair treatments, which is why professional additives are indispensable. WellaPlex N°1 Bond Maker acts as an essential first step within the Wellaplex system to rebuild fibre bonds within the hair during lightening or colouring. Specially designed for combination with Wella Professionals colour and bleaching mixtures, the liquid additive can be mixed directly into the formula without the need to adjust the oxidising agent or application time. The integrated Opti-pH system ensures optimum absorption of the molecules it contains. The product can also be used on its own, diluted with water, to stabilise the hair bridges independently of chemical processes. The formulation is based on malic acid, among other things, and ideally prepares the hair for the second step, the N°2 Bond Stabiliser.
