A specially formulated build-up & repair conditioner should ideally be used directly after daily shampooing. Apply a hazelnut-sized amount to the palm of your hand and activate the conditioner with a little clear water. For long hair, use a correspondingly larger amount. The conditioner is a must, because without it I could hardly comb through my hair. But even with conditioner I have to use the biggest comb and be very careful, so there's no sign of easy combing for me at least.
