    Lipliner is the perfect choice for beautifully emphasising your lips. Sharpen the lip liner as needed and apply it to the lower lip first for a subtle colour. Work from the outer lip contour to the centre of the lips. Now press your lips together once and only need to fill in the centre of your lips.
