The ARTDECO Khol Waterproof Liner from the Eyeliner & Kajal product line dries quickly, is waterproof and absolutely smudge-proof - even in extreme weather conditions. The vegan formula is free from PEG, perfume, parabens, nano-materials and talc and contains RSPO-certified palm oil. The kajal, which has been dermatologically tested for skin compatibility, is also suitable for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes.
