To remove eye make-up and lip cosmetics, you need special cleansing products. ARTDECO's Bi-Phase Make Up Remover is one of them. It removes any make-up residue from both parts of the face in a single step. The product contains nourishing glycerine.

The ARTDECO formula is suitable for both. The skin is thoroughly and pleasantly cleansed. It is less of an aggressive make-up remover and more of a soothing skin care product. The formulation has been specially developed for the thin, sensitive skin around the eyes and lips. The oils it contains promote relaxation of the skin overnight. The product is shaken before use so that the two phases of skin care mix well together. Apply some of the liquid gel to a clean cotton pad and gently smooth over the skin area. A few seconds later, the make-up can be wiped off with a little pressure. The process can be repeated. Shake the Bi-Phase Make-up Remover well so that the two phases mix together. Apply a little remover to a cotton pad and gently wipe over the area of skin to be cleansed. After a few seconds, gently wipe off the make-up with light pressure. Repeat the process if necessary.
