1. cleanse thoroughly
Always start with clean skin. Use a mild facial cleanser - ideally with salicylic acid - to remove excess oil, dirt and dead skin cells.
2. gently pat dry
Gently pat the skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid vigorous rubbing, especially if you have sensitive or blemished skin.
3. apply serum
Put a few drops of the serum on your fingertips and apply it specifically to the affected areas, e.g. forehead, nose, chin, back, chest or shoulders. Avoid the eye area.
4. allow to absorb
Allow the serum to absorb completely into the skin for a few minutes before applying other products.
5 Finish with moisturiser
Use a light, soothing moisturiser, preferably without active acids, to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent irritation.
How often to use?
Use the serum once or twice a day, depending on your skin type and tolerance. If you have no experience with active ingredients, start with one application in the evening and increase the frequency if it is well tolerated.
Tip
For optimum results, combine the serum with:
* a daily facial cleanser with salicylic acid
* a spot stick with 2% salicylic acid for the targeted treatment of blemishes
* a moisturising cream without acids for balanced and protected skin
