How to use the By Terry Baume de Rose Beauty Toner

The skin care product should be applied in the morning and evening after cleansing. Place a few drops of the toner in the palm of your hand for each application, apply to the skin of the face and neck and massage gently into the skin with your fingertips.

Facial toner is used after cleansing and takes your skincare routine to a new level. After cleansing, soak a cotton pad in toner and gently wipe over your face, neck and décolleté.
