The Coola Sunscreen SPF 30 Mineral Liplux® Tinted Lip Balm acts as a symbiosis of mineral sun protection and decorative cosmetics. The mineral filters titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are used to shield against UVA and UVB rays, providing a sun protection factor of 30. This physical barrier can protect the skin of the lips from the effects of the sun. The formula is largely based on organic ingredients, with cupuaçu butter and mongongo oil playing a central role. Shea butter and coconut oil are also added to the formulation, which can support the suppleness of the lip surface. A specially developed Plant Protection® complex also utilises the properties of various plant extracts. Synthetic fragrances are not used in the production process, instead natural flavours provide a subtle note. The available shades, including tones such as Firecracker or Nude Beach, provide a hint of colour, the intensity of which can be individually increased through multiple applications. The result is a transparent to slightly opaque finish that emphasises the natural lip colour. The product is also waterproof for up to 80 minutes, making it suitable for use in a variety of situations.
