Curaprox Black Is White toothpaste is a special whitening toothpaste that is enriched with valuable activated charcoal. While many other dental care products contain chemical bleaching agents or abrasive particles, activated charcoal does not sand away the enamel, but instead absorbs precisely those particles that can lead to unsightly discolouration of the teeth, for example after drinking coffee, wine or tobacco. The additional hydroxyapatite contained in the product forms a thin film on the enamel to protect it and even fill tiny holes - while a physical blue filter additionally whitens the teeth. While sodium floride is naturally included in Curaprox Black Is White toothpaste to protect against tooth decay, SLS, triclosan and bleaching agents have been deliberately omitted.
