The Uomo Synique series presents a high-quality alternative to the classic natural hair brush by using an advanced synthetic fibre. This synthetic badger hair imitation was developed to precisely imitate the characteristic properties of the natural model in terms of softness and elasticity. The fine fibres, tapered at the tips, have an optical colour gradient from light at the base to a dark finish, giving the brush an authentic appearance. In use, the bristles are flexible yet sturdy enough to whip up shaving foam efficiently and create a creamy consistency. A major advantage of this synthetic variant is the ease of care and durability of the material, which also often dries faster than natural hair. The trim is complemented by elegant handles, which are made from sustainable, moisture-resistant kebony wood or glossy Perspex, depending on the model. A silver-coloured cuff with the brand's lettering elegantly connects the voluminous brush head to the handle. As no animal components are used, this utensil is also ideal for vegans or people who want to consciously avoid animal hair.

Hold the shaving brush under warm water for a moment and shake it briefly. Excess water is removed. Let the brush circle over the soap without applying pressure until the desired amount of lather has formed to apply it.

The classic shaving brush has a conical head with badger hair. For particularly valuable shaving brushes, only the white hair of the badger is used. Modern shaving brushes have the classic shape, but are also available with synthetic hair.

After shaving, the shaving brush is hung upside down in a holder so that it can drain and dry, as standing water would damage it.
