FAQ Swiss FAQ 211

The FAQ Swiss FAQ 211 LED mask was specially developed for use on the neck, décolleté and upper body. It is made from a flexible, ultra-hygienic silicone that moulds comfortably to the contours of the body. Thanks to the lightweight and cordless design, the mask can be seamlessly integrated into everyday life and allows full freedom of movement during the up to 15-minute application.

The 761 individual light points, which work with 3,000 pulses per second, ensure even light coverage. Eight different LED wavelengths are available, including near-infrared, red, blue and green. The controls are extremely simple: A single button on the device can be used to switch between the different light colours. The optional connection to the FAQ Swiss app offers additional setting options and pre-programmed treatments. The mask is rechargeable via USB and the scope of delivery includes a charging cable and instructions in addition to the device.

Cleanse and dry your skin and apply the FAQ Primer for neck and décolleté if required. Then apply the FAQ 211 LED mask to the front of the neck and décolleté or to the neck and upper back. Secure the mask with the gold chain.



Press the universal button to switch on the mask. You can quickly press the button again to change the colour of the LED. You can also access pre-programmed treatments and additional settings via the FAQ Swiss app.



Enjoy LED illumination for up to 15 minutes while you continue your day unhindered - the ultimate in multitasking. When you're done, press and hold the universal button for 3 seconds to switch off the mask.



It is recommended to use the mask occasionally for 5-15 minutes, 3-5 times per week.



Together with the FAQ 211 LED mask, we also recommend using the FAQ primer to improve the anti-ageing properties. Instead of primer, you can also use your own skincare cosmetics if you wish. DO NOT use skincare products that contain silicone or acids or photosensitive ingredients such as vitamin A, retinol/retinoids, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide and vitamin C.
