Switch on the device and select the desired routine and microcurrent intensity using the universal button or the app. Then glide the skincare device over the relevant areas of skin.

- Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and synchronise the device with the app.
- Prepare the skin perfectly for firming using the LUNA™ 4 body, dry the skin and apply a conductive serum or equivalent to all areas to be treated.
- Make sure BEAR™2 Body is clean and dry and press the universal button to switch it on.
- Select the pre-installed routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button
- Glide BEAR™ 2 body over the relevant areas of skin. The device switches off as soon as the routine is complete.
- Continue with your usual skincare routine.
