Begin your facial massage after thoroughly cleansing your facial skin. Then apply a serum, fluid or cream. Use a massager or roller to move from the centre of the face outwards. Start your ritual under the eyes and slowly work your way to the chin. Then move on to the bridge of the nose up to the hairline and the forehead. The facial massage ends with the area from the eyebrows to the temples. You have the option of extending your facial massage to the neck and décolleté.
