How to use Foreo Issa 3

Once you have applied the toothpaste to the sonic toothbrush, switch it on and brush your teeth for two minutes. Then rinse your mouth and throat with water and clean your tongue with the tongue scraper. As the toothbrushes are 100% waterproof, you can also clean your teeth in the shower or bath. You should replace the bristle head after a maximum of 6 months.
