Use 2 times a week. 1. thoroughly moisten the nose, forehead or chin after cleansing the face. Strip does not adhere to dry skin. 2. remove the strip from the film with dry hands. Place on nose, forehead or chin and press evenly to ensure good skin contact. 3. Leave to dry for 10-15 minutes until the strip feels firm. 4. slowly and carefully peel off the strip from the side towards the centre. Wipe off residue with water.
