Spray Garnier Ambre Solaire Ideal Bronze Protective Sun Oil with sun protection factor 20 generously onto the upper body, arms and legs before sunbathing and massage in gently with your hands for an even tan. Reapply sun protection regularly, especially after spending time in the water, sweating or drying off. Avoid contact with the eyes. If the sunscreen gets into your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with clean water immediately. Avoid the midday sun and wear additional protective clothing. In order to maintain the sun protection factor, the sun cream should be applied several times and, above all, regularly.
