1. Relax frown lines
Using the pads of your right and left thumbs in turn, stroke the skin in small upward movements from the area between the eyebrows to the hairline.
2. Reduce dark circles and wrinkles around the eyes
Using the fingertips of two or three fingers, glide over the area around the dark circles from the inner corner of the eye towards the temple.
For crow’s feet and nasolabial folds, this time use the fingertips of three fingers to make gliding movements perpendicular to the lines, as if you were trying to pull the lines apart with your fingers to reduce their appearance.
3. Drain excess fluid
Place your index finger on the arch of your eyebrow and your middle finger on your lower eyelid, then smooth the eye area outwards using horizontal movements.
