The year 1804 marks the birth of the French writer George Sand, whose multi-faceted personality is captured olfactorily in this eau de parfum. Fruity accords open the composition with an exotic blend of Hawaiian pineapple that meets the gentle sweetness of Corsican peach. A lush heart then unfolds, dominated by floral notes of tiare blossom, jasmine and Moroccan rose. This bouquet is complemented by a striking spiciness of clove and nutmeg, which gives the fragrance a distinctive and powerful character. The creation is given a warm depth by the long-lasting base notes, which combine creamy sandalwood, earthy patchouli and white musk accords with a hint of benzoin and vanilla. Perfumer Gérald Ghislain has created a fragrance that harmoniously balances freshness and spicy intensity and is part of the Characters collection. The yellowish liquid is presented in a classic, rectangular glass bottle with a black lid and a simple grey label bearing the year.
