Deep cleansing shampoos are no different from ordinary shampoos. Firstly, wet your hair thoroughly. Then massage a hazelnut-sized amount of the shampoo into your scalp and hair. Leave the shampoo to work in briefly before rinsing it out thoroughly with clear, lukewarm water. For oily hair, you can use the deep cleansing shampoo once a week; all other hair types require intensive cleansing much less frequently. Monthly use is therefore usually sufficient. After using the shampoo, you can pamper your hair with a conditioner suitable for your hair type.

Great shampoo, I am very fan of the Ph as I have very chalky water at home. The only downside is the price but because of the unique PH, I think it's worth it. Unlike many other detox shampoos, my hair does not feel rough while shampooing. As can be expected, it does need something conditioning afterward. So far, it works fine in combination with the mask and then a leave in. If there is a lot of product or anything with sillecones in my hair before I use it, I use another mild shampoo first because I want to make sure the peptide can actually do something.
