The Kérastase Première Pre-Shampoo Concentré Décalcifiant is a concentrated treatment specially designed for use before shampooing damaged hair. Porous hair tends to absorb minerals such as calcium from the water, which can contribute to a brittle hair feel. Formulated with a combination of citric acid and glycine, it targets these excess calcium deposits. While the citric acid attaches to the surface and inside of the hair, the ingredient glycine can support the hair structure. It is applied to wet hair before shampooing. After leaving on for five minutes, the product is not rinsed out, but the matching shampoo from the Première range is applied directly on top to continue the routine. The hair can gain suppleness and shine.
