Apply a pea-sized amount of the cream several times a day, depending on how stressed your hands are. Spread it out and massage it gently into the skin until the cream has been completely absorbed by the skin. Kneipp recommends that if your hands are stressed and dry, you should also apply a hand mask with this care product once a week.
