Thoroughly cleanse and dry the face with a mild cleansing gel, such as the Men Expert Magnesium Defence Sensitive Wash Gel, before using the Men Expert Magnesium Defence Day Cream. Then apply a small amount of face cream to your fingertips using the pump dispenser and rub it into the palms of your hands. Now apply the moisturiser to the face and gently massage into the skin using gentle circular movements. Avoid the eye area. Allow the cream to absorb briefly into the skin.
