Manic Panic Amplified Atomic Turquoise – long-lasting vegan hair colour

A radiant aqua blue with soft green undertones characterises the Atomic Turquoise shade from Manic Panic’s Amplified range. Compared to the High Voltage Classic range, this variant contains 30 per cent more pigments, which can result in deeper colour intensity and longer-lasting colour that lasts between six and eight weeks. For best results, it is recommended for use on pre-bleached hair at level 9 or 10, with the dye ready to use straight away without the addition of peroxide. The vegan and cruelty-free formula is strictly free from PPD, ammonia, parabens and gluten, relying instead on ingredients such as hops and chamomile. A particular highlight is its UV reactivity, which allows the hair to glow under black light. The semi-permanent cream comes in a practical, resealable 118 ml bottle, which makes it easy to dispense. The colour gradually fades with every wash, creating a gentle transition.

Before applying a hair tint, moisten your hair and then lightly towel-dry it. Then put on the gloves that come with the tint and apply the paste to your fingers. The hair colour is then worked in from the roots to the ends. You can spread the colour through your hair with your fingers or with a comb. The result is more even if the colour is distributed with a comb. The colour remains in the hair for around 20 to 30 minutes to achieve the desired result. The hair is then rinsed until clear water can be seen. After tinting, the hair is not washed for 24 to 48 hours.
