This toner is based on an alcohol-free formula that has been specially developed to gently clarify the skin. At the centre of the formulation is glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA), which is present here in a concentration of two percent. This ingredient can help to gently dissolve dead skin cells on the surface. The active acid complex is combined with grapefruit extract and aloe vera juice, which gives the aqueous texture its specific composition. Application is straightforward and takes place directly after cleansing. A cotton pad is moistened with the toner and moved over the facial skin in gentle, circular movements, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. The product from Mario Badescu, whose expertise dates back to 1967, aims to refresh the skin's surface. It prepares the complexion for the absorption of other serums or creams without using aggressive alcohols.
