How to use the Mario Badescu Hydrating Glow Toner
The serum skincare product is suitable for use in the morning and evening. After cleansing your face, soak a cotton pad in the toner and gently smooth over your face. However, if any of the product comes into contact with your eyes, rinse them thoroughly with clean water immediately.
