Who dares to dedicate a perfume to basil? The Montale brand! Fantastic Basilic Eau de Parfum Spray is a homage to the popular spice plant, whose fragrance immediately brings to mind fresh dishes from southern countries. Belonging to the "Flowers" sub-line, hardly anyone would have expected one of the fragrances to pick up on the distinctive basil scent. And yet that is what happened.

Basil in many facets

The herb can be found in both the top and heart notes of the fragrance. By adding other accords, however, it is not too overpowering, but a fitting component of the blend. The top notes are joined by fresh pear, kumquat and pepper. This spicy potpourri makes you want to discover the fragrance even more. What else might follow? The top notes are basil and frangipani, while the eponymous spice takes a break in the base. Instead, benzoin, vetiver, musk and tonka bean make their grand entrance. The Fantastic Basilic Eau de Parfum Spray will not only delight lovers of aromatic cuisine.
