NEONAIL Top Coat Top Velour

With Top Velour, NEONAIL changes the finish over any make-up to a matte radiance with UV lacquer from the same collections. The top coat is applied and cured like a top coat. The result is soft, shimmering nails that look perfectly groomed for a long time.

Make-up for nails with a soft shimmer and protective effect

This velvety top coat from NEONAIL is a polish with a liquid texture. It hardens in seconds under an LED lamp as the final coat over the nail make-up. This stabilises the natural nails and provides additional protection against scratches or splinters thanks to its transparency, the selected colour of the UV nail polish is retained intensively under Top Velour. Only the previous gloss is replaced by a matt look. This NEONAIL product is characterised by good skin and nail compatibility for all skin types. The top coat is applied after a thorough manicure over primer, base coat and UV polish. If you like a more velour touch, you can enhance the result by applying a second top coat and then curing. To remove, Top Velour can be carefully roughened with a nail file. Then wrap the nails with an acetone-soaked cloth for ten minutes and gently remove the polish residue.

Step by step instructions:
Step 1: Shape the nails with a 100/180 grit file. Then carefully remove the cuticles with a rosewood stick by gently pushing them back.
Step 2: The nail surface is then matted with a polishing file or buffer. The resulting nail dust is removed with a cellular tissue soaked in cleaner. If necessary, a thin layer of the primer can be used to degrease the nails.
Step 3: Apply a thin layer of the UV base and allow it to harden under the LED lamp.
Step 4: Now apply a thin layer of the sealing UV Top Velour for a matt finish and cure under the LED lamp. Then wait approx. 30 seconds and remove the sweat layer with a cellular tissue soaked in cleaner.
Step 5: A nail oil should be used daily for additional care.
