OUAI’s Thick Hair Conditioner is tailored to the needs of thick hair. Its rich formula, containing ingredients such as shea butter and avocado oil, leaves hair feeling supple. Marshmallow root extract can help make the hair easier to comb, whilst hydrolysed keratin can contribute to a smoother hair surface and a glossy appearance. The colour-safe formula is free from sulphates, parabens and phthalates, and was developed without animal testing. The experience is rounded off by the signature Mercer Street fragrance, a blend of Italian lemon, Turkish rose and white musk. The elegantly designed packaging emphasises the brand’s modern character and is made from 20% recycled materials.

Refill Pouch - Application:
First rinse the shampoo bottle thoroughly with water and allow to dry completely. Then unscrew the caps from the bottle and refill pouch.
Hold the empty bottle with your less dominant hand and grasp the refill pouch with your dominant hand. Carefully insert the opening of the bag into the bottle and transfer the contents by gently squeezing. Finally, screw both caps back on tightly.
Thick Conditioner - Application:
For optimum results, use after shampooing with Thick Shampoo.
Apply a small amount of conditioner to the lengths and ends and distribute evenly. Then rinse with cold water to seal the outer layer of the hair and give it extra shine.
