The Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner helps to combat flaky scalp and immediately soothes irritated skin. The intensive treatment contains Piroctone Olamine and Benzalkonium Chloride, which kill the bacteria responsible for dandruff and therefore provide long-term relief. Camphor, which is also contained in the tonic, has a cooling effect and soothes the irritated scalp from the very first application, reducing itching. The Philip Kingsley Flaky/Itchy Scalp Toner is fragrance-free and water-based. You can style your hair as usual without the Intensive Treatment affecting your hairstyle. Firstly, wash your hair as usual - to achieve the best possible effect, you should use Kingsley's Flaky Shampoo. After you have lightly towel-dried your hair, apply the tonic directly to the scalp using the dosing tip and massage it in with your fingertips.
