Apply to the cheekbones, brows, inner corners of the eyes, tip of the nose and lip line to emphasise.
Smooth gently onto the skin and blend. Blend with fingertips.
Rotate the base to turn it upwards or downwards. After each application, close the eyelid line and fold downwards.
