As part of the First Collection, Eau de Parfum No. 7 by Rosendo Mateu is a multi-layered composition that emphasises warm and woody notes. Indonesian patchouli forms the centrepiece of the creation, which is introduced by spicy accents and floral nuances of jasmine blossom. This is followed by a deep base of Laotian and Thai oud, which blends harmoniously with Siamese benzoin and reveals a resinous character. The fragrance experience is rounded off with creamy Madagascar vanilla, which lends the arrangement a gentle sweetness and contrasts with the darker wood tones. Visually, the rectangular glass bottle with its golden label and shiny cap reflects the selection of ingredients, with the clear design revealing the yellowish liquid. The inscription "Patchouli Oud Vanilla" on the front gives a direct indication of the dominant accords of this fragrance, which was developed in Barcelona under the name Olfactive Expressions.
