Use
Preparation: Apply an oil before using the Gua Sha, as the skin can easily be damaged during intensive exercises if it is not sufficiently oiled.
Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator before use to achieve an additional cooling effect.
Relaxing the forehead: Stroke from the centre of the forehead to the ear for 2-3 minutes.
Puffy Eyes: Stroke for 2-3 minutes with the small side over the eyelids to the ear and under the eyes to the ear.
Defined cheekbones: Stroke the large side from the upper and lower lip to the ear. Then from the tip of the chin along the bone to the ear.
Jaw & neck: Stroke for 2-3 minutes from the lower jaw over the cheeks to the upper jaw. Do the same from the underside of the jaw along the neck to the collarbone.
Cleansing: After use, we recommend cleaning your roller with a gentle natural soap to remove any residue from creams, serums etc.
