The high-quality arnica massage oil from Weleda is ideal for use before or after sport. Like all oils from the brand, it meets the highest standards in terms of the quality of the raw materials and skin compatibility. The massage oil stimulates blood circulation in the skin and muscles. This prevents tension and cramps during intensive exercise and provides intensive aftercare following physical activity. The regenerative effect of arnica on muscles and tissue has been known for a long time. The manufacturer utilises it in its arnica massage oil, for example, to ensure optimal regeneration after bruising and heavy exertion.

Loosens the muscles

Massage the skin and muscles with Weleda arnica massage oil after sport to actively promote blood circulation in the tissue and loosen the muscles. This makes it possible to prevent unpleasant and sometimes painful sore muscles and cramps. In addition to extracts from arnica blossom and birch leaves, the product contains other valuable ingredients, as do almost all of the manufacturer's oils. In this case it is sunflower oil and olive oil, which strengthen the skin functions and keep the skin elastic. The pleasant scent of rosemary and lavender has a stimulating and relaxing effect.

Apply to the palm of your hand for a massage and, depending on the part of the body, use gentle to vigorous stroking, tapping, kneading or vibrating movements. For daily skin care after a shower or bath, rub sparingly into slightly damp skin, allowing the oil to spread easily and absorb quickly without leaving a greasy film. Keep the cap clean.
