How to use the Wella Koleston Perfect Me+ Special Blondes
In contrast to the other Koleston Perfect Me+ colours, the Special Blondes are mixed with the Welloxon Perfect developer in a mixing ratio of 1:2. Choose a developer with a peroxide content of nine or twelve per cent. After mixing, the mixture is applied evenly to dry hair.
