With the Yankee Candle Pink Sands scented candles in the Small Tumbler, you can bring a wonderfully floral fragrance into your living space. It combines fresh citrus notes with sweet floral accords and spicy vanilla, and evokes memories of a holiday on an exotic island. Like all scented candles in the Signature range, the Pink Sands is made from a soft soya wax blend and features a natural wick, with a burn time of 20 to 30 hours. Thanks to its high-quality ingredients, the candle exudes a lifelike fragrance and burns to its full potential. The scented candles in the Small Tumbler come with a plastic lid. This serves as a coaster whilst the candle is in use. Between uses, it also protects the candle’s fragrance. Another advantage of the Small Tumbler scented candle is its elegant design, which looks great in any living space.
How to use Yankee Candle Pink Sands scented candles safely
Always place the scented candle on heat-resistant, level surfaces, out of reach of children and pets. Trim the wick to a length of 5 mm before use. The small flame prevents excessive soot build-up. Each time you use the candle, it should burn for at least long enough for the entire wax surface to become liquid. This takes around 2 hours and prevents tunnelling.Description

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
