With the Yankee Candle Coconut Beach votive candle in a jar, you can bring a typical tropical fragrance into your living space. The scented candle combines sweet pineapple with a hint of salty sea air and a heart of lei blossom and creamy coconut. The aroma is rounded off by an aromatic base of Tahitian vanilla and musk. Like all Yankee Candle candles, the votive candle is made from high-quality paraffin wax, which is enriched throughout with 7% fragrance oil. The cotton wick ensures that the scented candle provides a tropical fragrance for 7 to 10 hours and burns as evenly as possible. The votive candle is supplied in a matching jar and also makes a great gift. You can order the scented candle individually or in a practical pack of three.
How to use the Yankee Candle Coconut Beach votive candle in a jar
The wick of the scented candle should be shortened to a length of 3 to 5 mm before each use. This keeps the flame small and prevents excessive soot formation. It is also advisable to always leave the candle burning until the top layer of wax has completely liquefied. This allows the candle to burn evenly and prevents the formation of tunnels.Description

Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
