It is very easy to use: simply place the Yankee Candle Vanilla Cupcake scented wax in the bowl of a scented lamp with a tea light. It is not necessary to add water. The wax melts and spreads the pleasant, aromatic fragrance throughout the room. If the tea light is extinguished, the wax hardens and can be used again the next day. The wax then gradually dissolves completely. Yankee Candle attaches great importance to environmentally friendly and sustainable production. For example, only high-quality paraffin wax is used. Note: Fragrance lamps should never be left unattended. With a burning time of approx. 8 hours, the scented wax can be used for several days.Use
Scented candles are very easy to use, but a few factors greatly improve the burning behaviour and safety. Always place the scented candle on an even surface in a windless place and away from flammable materials. Before lighting, you should also shorten the wick to around 5 mm. To avoid tunnelling, leave the scented candle burning for at least as long as it takes for the top layer of wax to melt completely. This can take around two hours. However, you should not exceed a burning time of four hours at a time. For optimum burning quality, you should always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer.
