Application with the eyebrow stencils with the brush applicator (available separately). Choose the eyebrow stencil fitting to the eyebrow and hold in place with thumb and finger. Take ARTDECO eyebrow powder up with the enclosed brush applicator and apply inside the stencil. Repeat this process on the other eyebrow, turning the stencil over. Before, remove excess powder with a paper tissue. For a natural appearance, subsequently comb the eyebrows with the Eyelash Brush to remove excess powder.
