As part of the "Essences: Act II - The Geometry of Time" collection, Amouage presents Remain, an olfactory interpretation of constancy and change. This composition is characterised by an elaborate production process in which the perfume matures for six months and undergoes a double infusion with sandalwood and oak barrels. The result is an essence de parfum with a high concentration of pure fragrance oils that is characterised by a complex structure. The top note opens with a blend of hojari incense, mandarin, allspice berry and bergamot, which imparts a spicy freshness. At the heart, a floral bouquet of Madonna lily, ylang-ylang and jasmine unfolds, accentuated by juniper. The fragrance experience is rounded off with a warm base that combines notes of ambergris, guaiac wood, patchouli, vanilla and tonka bean. The cream-coloured bottle with its cylindrical cap and golden decorations underlines the aesthetic direction of the brand, while the purple label creates an elegant contrast. Pierre Negrin created this fragrance, which interweaves woody and floral elements with gourmand nuances.
