The Extrait de Parfum Sequence from the Essences Act II - The Geometry of Time collection by Amouage is olfactorily dedicated to the cyclical nature of time. Julien Rasquinet has created a composition that combines fruity and floral facets in a complex interplay. The fragrance opens with a sweet blend of lychee and raspberry, complemented by the spicy note of saffron. A floral bouquet unfolds in the heart, in which osmanthus and rose meet the warmth of tonka bean. This heart note flows smoothly into a deep base characterised by oud, leather and ambery woods. A special feature of this fragrance lies in its production: with a concentration of 30% pure perfume oils, the essence undergoes a six-month maturation process. A double infusion technique with sandalwood and oak barrels is used to intensify the depth of the aromas. The beige-coloured bottle with its smooth, slightly textured surface and dark red label also represents a visual innovation in the brand's design.
