Australian Bodycare Body scrub

The Australian Bodycare Body Scrub offers mechanical exfoliation for your daily shower routine. The tube with the subtle leaf pattern blends harmoniously into the bathroom at home. It is important to remove dead skin cells and bacteria and minimise clogged sebaceous glands by using a good body scrub 1-2 times a week.


Recommendation:
Use the scrub in the shower. First wash the skin thoroughly with a suitable body soap and then rinse it off.

Then apply the body scrub to wet skin and massage it in carefully using circular movements. Be particularly thorough on areas with blemishes, spots and blackheads if you are affected by them.

Once you have distributed everything well and massaged the exfoliating grains thoroughly into the skin, rinse off the product together with the grains and continue your bath as usual.

Once you have finished showering and dried off with a towel, you should always moisturise your skin with a nourishing body lotion. If you don't ensure that your skin is sufficiently moisturised after showering and cleansing with soap and scrub, you risk either drying out your skin or overproducing sebum, which can lead to blemished skin.
