The By Terry Browliner Blackstar is a tool that has been specially developed for the detailed shaping of eyebrows. This slim pencil has an ultra-fine, twist-out tip that makes it easier to imitate individual hairs. Gaps in the eyebrow arch can be visually filled in and the contours precisely defined. The highly pigmented texture offers variable coverage so that the result can be natural or intense as desired. A special feature is the long-lasting formula, which is designed to be waterproof, sweat-proof and smudge-proof and can last up to 12 hours. To distribute the colour evenly and shape the brows, a practical spoolie brush is integrated at the other end of the pencil. The design is rounded off with a silver ring decoration and white lettering on the brown casing. There is a total of five different shades to choose from to match the individual hair colour.

Use the ultra-fine tip to fill in the eyebrows with short, delicate strokes that mimic the natural direction of your brow hairs.
