Clinique 3-Step skin care system

The Clarifying Lotion 1.0 is the second step of Clinique's well-known 3-phase system care developed by dermatologists. Its formulation has been specially tailored to the needs of very dry skin types. As a liquid and completely alcohol-free exfoliating lotion, it helps the skin to rid itself of dead skin cells and everyday residues. The formula combines exfoliating substances such as salicylic acid and acetyl glucosamine in a mild composition. This gentle clarifying process smoothes the skin's surface and optimally prepares it to absorb the subsequent moisturiser, such as the Dramatically Different Moisturising Formula. The lotion, which also contains hyaluronic acid and glycerine, is applied to the face and neck twice a day after cleansing using a cotton pad, avoiding the eye and lip area. The skin may appear clearer, fresher and feel smoother after application.

Use this lotion twice a day. In the morning and evening as part of the 3-phase system care. Cleanse your skin beforehand with the Facial Soap. Gently apply Clarifying Lotion 1.0 to the face and neck using a cotton pad. Avoid the area around the eyes and lips and finish off with the appropriate Dramatically Different Moisturising Formula for your skin.
