The Clarifying Lotion 4, specially developed for oily skin types, is a central component of Clinique's dermatologically based 3-phase system care. This toner acts as a second skincare step and focusses on thoroughly exfoliating the skin's surface. By gently exfoliating dead skin cells and removing excess shine, the appearance of pores can be minimised, leaving the complexion clearer and more even.
