Light reflections often give the face a vibrant dimension. Dr. Hauschka Highlighter 01 illuminating uses the finest powder particles enriched with light-reflecting pigments for this purpose. This special formulation can create softly shimmering accents, but does not have an eye-catching glitter effect in order to support a natural appearance. The composition combines mineral pigments with selected plant extracts, including kidney vetch, witch hazel and black tea. The formula is complemented by the addition of real silk powder, which influences the texture of the powder. The product is presented in compact powder packaging characterised by a dark, shiny, triangular case with rounded corners. Inside, in addition to the light-coloured, pressed powder, there is a small brush with light brown bristles for application. This enables precise application to the cheeks, the bridge of the nose or the forehead, whereby the highlighter is typically used after or instead of foundation. It can also be used as eyeshadow. The shade is designed to harmonise with all skin tones. Synthetic fragrances and preservatives are not used in the production process; essential oils are used instead.
